Kungfu Necktie, Philadelphia, 9/10

We are so excited to be playing at none other than the supercool Kungfu Necktie! Come out and support local Philly acts Madam Data and Elder Statesmen.  Madam Data is a dear friend of ours from their Bay Area days, with amazing talent that will delight you with their electronic creations. Elder Statesmen, also connected to us by a close friend, will indulge your quirky and mathy rock band leanings and get you rocking. Thank you, both, for graciously supporting us for our Philadelphia music debut! I’m so excited for how this night has come together and can’t wait!

It all happens at 7pm. Be there.

Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub, Cambridge, 9/7

We are beyond excited that we will be starting our East Coast tour at the legendary Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub, in Cambridge, MA!  As many of you know, this is also my old stomping grounds from my MIT days (where I started writing my songs), and where one of my biggest musical idols and influences, Elliott Smith, played back in his touring heyday. It was always a dream of mine to follow in Smith’s footsteps and play at the Middle East. Hope you will join me and come live out my “Good Will Hunting” and “Miss Misery” fantasy with me.

We will be in “the corner.” It all starts at 9pm, we go on around 10pm. Hope you will support fellow singer-songwriters Zion Rodman and Doully too!

Be a superhero tonight @ Neck of the Woods!

Friends, please join Underwoman and the Believers at the Neck of the Woods (406 Clement St, SF) at 8 o’clock for a special benefit concert hosted by our friends The Unlikely Heroes for a young woman from Richmond, CA who tragically lost her son. Together with three other bands — hip hop group The Oakland Mind, indie rockers Trixie and the Skates,  and headliner Serf and James– we are raising not only financial support to lessen her burden of such a loss, but to also show her she is not alone. Your presence would mean lot to this woman and her community (as well as to us, musicians)! $10.
